Channels in use

/api/conversations/channels

The channels that ACTUALLY have conversations in this tenant — the distinct source values present (Faz 7C). The inbox channel filter offers only these, never the full ChannelSource enum, so it can't list a channel the workspace hasn't used. RLS-scoped; readable by any tenant member.

Not authenticated. code: account_disabled means the member's seat was deactivated in this workspace: the session is over even though the token was not revoked (clients sign out and clean up).
