Give a conversation back to the AI bot

/api/conversations/:conversationId/handover/release

Reverse of a takeover: re-enables the AI bot for the conversation (ai_active becomes true) and clears the pending-handover marker. The current assignment is left untouched. Allowed for the agent currently handling the conversation or a supervisor / admin (the releaseToAi capability). Delivered live over the realtime conversation.updated event.

Not authenticated. code: account_disabled means the member's seat was deactivated in this workspace: the session is over even though the token was not revoked (clients sign out and clean up).
