List places near a coordinate
GET/api/places/nearby
Nearby places for the composer's "share a location" screen, proxied through the server: the Google Places key is billed per request AND per requested field, so it is never shipped to a client where it could be extracted.
Readable by any authenticated staff member — no new permission — and
rate-limited per user because every call costs money. Identical queries
(coordinates rounded to ~11 m, plus q and limit) are served from a
five-minute cache so panning a map does not bill per frame.
ALWAYS 200. When the operator has not configured a Places key, or
Google is unreachable, data is simply empty — the screen keeps its
map, its pin and its search box rather than showing an error.

Not authenticated. code: account_disabled means the member's seat was deactivated in this workspace: the session is over even though the token was not revoked (clients sign out and clean up).
