Accept a marketplace identity suggestion
POST/api/contact-link-suggestions/:suggestionId/accept
link binds the buyer id to the suggestion's contact, moving it off
whichever contact held it; other accounts of the same marketplace the
contact holds stay (a person may hold several). Needs the contact
update ability. merge first merges the other contact INTO the
suggestion's contact (same semantics as POST /contacts/{id}/merge;
every account of both moves to the survivor) and needs delete on the
other contact. A contact linked to a buyer with mirrored orders is
promoted lead → customer. merge with no other contact is
422; an already resolved suggestion is 409. Returns the surviving
contact.

Not authenticated. code: account_disabled means the member's seat was deactivated in this workspace: the session is over even though the token was not revoked (clients sign out and clean up).
Authenticated but not allowed.
