The workspace's SAVED contacts, newest first by default. People first seen through an inbound message and never saved (anonymous leads) are left out on purpose — they live in the inbox until a member saves them; reach them through their conversation. q searches name, e-mail and phone. Visible to members who may view contacts.

Not authenticated. code: account_disabled means the member's seat was deactivated in this workspace: the session is over even though the token was not revoked (clients sign out and clean up).
