Block a contact
POST/api/contacts/:contactId/block
Stamps the contact's blocked_at and cascades ALL of their (non-trashed)
conversations to the blocked status. Optionally sends a closing notice
to the contact's most recent conversation first — defaulting to the
tenant block_message inbox setting when message is omitted (an empty
string sends nothing). A blocked contact can never post from the web chat
and never receives an AI reply. Supervisor+ only (the contact block
ability). Returns the contact.

Not authenticated. code: account_disabled means the member's seat was deactivated in this workspace: the session is over even though the token was not revoked (clients sign out and clean up).
Authenticated but not allowed.
Resource not found (or not visible to the current tenant).
