Delete all anonymous leads + their conversations (admin)

Irreversibly deletes every anonymous lead — an auto-created chat lead (type=lead) that was never saved to the Contacts list and has no end-user account — together with all of their conversations, messages and attachment files. Saved contacts and registered members are never touched. Admin only.
