What this clinic last asked for one catalogue item

A HINT, and the response says so. The connected CRM publishes no list price — measured across 164 services and 48 products, whose readable rows carry only an id, a name, a group and a VAT rate — but it does publish what the clinic has CHARGED, and its quote ledger filters by catalogue id. So this is one call for one item, asked when somebody is about to price a line.

The number is the most recent quote line for that item divided by its quantity. It may carry a discount, it may be old, and it may be the one time somebody typed it wrong, so observed_at and discounted travel with it and a client must not render it as "the price".

An item nobody has quoted answers 200 with data: null. No history is an ordinary answer, not an error.
