What the Amazon connect form needs before a channel exists

Whether the platform's Amazon application is configured (LWA client + application id, services.amazon), and Amazon's stores by SP-API region (na, eu, fe) for the store picker; Turkey (A33AVAJ2PDY3EV, region eu) is the default. There is no key form: an Amazon seller is connected only through Amazon's consent page (doc 72 §3.3, AUP 3.2–3.3). Gated like creating a channel.
