Continue an authorization started in the Amazon Appstore

The panel's half of the Appstore flow (doc 72 §3.3): parks a state for this workspace and returns Amazon's own callback url with our redirect_uri, Amazon's amazon_state and our state. 422 on amazon_callback_uri unless it is an https Amazon Seller Central url (amazon.oauth.bad_callback) — it is where the browser goes next.
