Meta's own catalogue of pre-written templates. Worth its own screen for one reason: a template created from it arrives APPROVED — no review, no 24-hour wait, no INVALID_FORMAT, and no category dispute, because Meta categorised it. A newly-connected number cannot message anyone outside the 24-hour service window until it has a template at all, so this is the difference between a tenant being useful today and in two days.
