POST/api/channels/:channel/pstn/probe
Asks a current gateway to send one SIP OPTIONS to the line's server
and time it, then returns the line's health with that probe in
last_probe. Any final SIP answer means reachable; silence for five
seconds means not. On any other gateway this is the plain report.

Not authenticated. code: account_disabled means the member's seat was deactivated in this workspace: the session is over even though the token was not revoked (clients sign out and clean up).
