The m.me / ig.me link that opens a conversation
GET/api/channels/:channel/meta/deep-link
THE SERVER BUILDS THE STRING because the three rules that decide whether
one of these works all fail SILENTLY: a Page is addressed by its username
(not its name, not its id), Meta's campaign tag accepts a character set
narrower than "URL-safe", and a space must be %20 rather than +. A tag
that breaks any of them produces a link that works perfectly and
attributes nothing.
A rejected ref is DROPPED rather than encoded around, so url falls
back to the bare link and ref_valid says why. There is no QR image: a
Messenger QR code is this link drawn as squares, and the client draws it.
Admin-gated (Channel view).

The link, or the reason there is none.
The channel is not a Messenger or Instagram channel.
