Start connecting an eBay seller account (OAuth)

Mints the eBay consent URL the panel opens (doc 79 §2.2). The seller signs in on eBay's own "Grant Application Access" page — no key is pasted here — and eBay redirects to GET /api/ebay/oauth/callback, which creates the channel. backfill_days is the silent history import chosen on the form (0, 7, 30 or 90 — eBay masks buyer details on orders older than 90 days, §9-H). The platform keyset (services.ebay.*) must be configured; when it is not the answer is 422 (channels.ebay.not_configured). Gated like creating a channel.
