Continue an authorization started in the Amazon Appstore
POST/api/channels/amazon/oauth/appstore
The panel's half of the Appstore flow (doc 72 §3.3): parks a state for
this workspace and returns Amazon's own callback url with our
redirect_uri, Amazon's amazon_state and our state. 422 on
amazon_callback_uri unless it is an https Amazon Seller Central url
(amazon.oauth.bad_callback) — it is where the browser goes next.

Not authenticated. code: account_disabled means the member's seat was deactivated in this workspace: the session is over even though the token was not revoked (clients sign out and clean up).
