Export the cookie consent records as CSV or JSON (admin)
GET/api/integrations/website/consent-records/export
The same filters as listWebsiteConsentRecords, at most 50,000 rows,
as a download: CSV (default; cells that a spreadsheet would run as a
formula are quoted) or format=json. Needs consent.manage. Audit row
website.consent_records_exported with the format and the filter names.
