Switch CRM activity sync on or off (admin)

Turning it on requires consent: true unless the current wording was already accepted for this connection; the acceptance is recorded on the connection (who, when, version, language) and in the audit log. 422 crm_activity_consent_required without it, 422 crm_activity_not_available for a CRM with no activity timeline. The generic write-policy endpoint refuses to open activity.
