Shipment tracking — the switch and its state (admin)

Parcel tracking on ConnectWiz's 17TRACK account (doc 83 Faz A) or on the workspace's own 17TRACK key (Faz C, account). Says whether it is on, whether the carrier's word moves the workspace's own orders, this month's allowance (ConnectWiz's account only), and the parcels NOT being followed with the reason.

Not authenticated. code: account_disabled means the member's seat was deactivated in this workspace: the session is over even though the token was not revoked (clients sign out and clean up).
