Replace the site's tag draft (site_tags.edit)

Send the WHOLE container and the revision you edited. Nothing goes live: publishing does (publishWebsiteSiteTags). 409 when someone saved a newer revision meanwhile. 422 for an id of the wrong shape, an unknown integration, an owner other than connectwiz / site, a Google Ads conversion label for an event that reaches Google Ads from the server (form, WhatsApp, booking — only phone_click and chat_start take one, doc 106 §24-1), or custom tags (CMP-5, not available yet).
