GET/api/shopify/app
The public app's application_url: a thin HTML page the Shopify admin
frames (App Bridge). With a valid signed query it says whether the
shop is connected, links to ConnectWiz and to the theme editor's
storefront-chat switch; for a shop not yet connected it exchanges the
load's ID token and links to the panel with a claim. Outside the admin
(not embedded) it forwards the shop to the panel. Connects nothing.
