Calendly OAuth callback (public)

/api/calendly/oauth/callback

Where Calendly redirects the browser after consent (must equal CALENDLY_REDIRECT_URI). Trust is the single-use state parked by startCalendlyOAuth. Reads the account, subscribes our signed webhook and redirects to the panel's Calendly page with calendly=connected or calendly_error=<reason> (missing_params, expired, exchange, account_taken).
