Connect a Ticimax store (admin)

The store's domain and its web-service code. Both are proven against the store before anything is stored; the address passes the SSRF guard first. A webhook is registered per event on its own url, and the first order read is queued. 422 on ws_code when Ticimax refuses the code, on store_domain when the value is not a host name, resolves to a private address, does not answer as a Ticimax store, cannot be reached, or is connected to another workspace.
