Doc 106 §4.4 mode B, CMP-3 — the tag template for sites that load
their tags with Google Tag Manager and keep ConnectWiz consent: in Tag
Manager, Templates → Tag Templates → New → ⋮ → Import, then a tag
from it on the Consent Initialization – All Pages trigger. It sets
every Consent Mode signal to denied by default (optional region rows;
Türkiye, the EU/EEA, the UK and Switzerland always denied),
re-applies the stored cwz_consent choice and passes each later
choice on. Apache-2.0; the same file goes to the Community Template
Gallery. A .tpl text file, Content-Disposition: attachment.
