Connect a PBX (admin)

Netsantral: the switch number and the API sub-user's password (and its name, when it is not the switch number). Bulutsantralim: the API key. The credentials are PROVEN against the PBX before anything is stored (HTTPS only), then stored encrypted. Bulutsantralim's event url is set by ConnectWiz; when the PBX already reports to another url, 422 on replace_event_url names that host, and the call must be repeated with replace_event_url: true. Netsantral's url is pasted by the tenant (event_url in the answer). 422 on the secret field when the PBX refuses it, cannot be reached, or is connected to another workspace.
