Start 'Connect with Shopify' (admin)

Parks the tenant, the shop and the history window under a single-use state for fifteen minutes and returns the consent url on the shop's own host. 422 on shop_domain when the public app is not configured ("coming soon") or the value cannot be a *.myshopify.com shop.
