Read the CRM status mapping screen (admin)

/api/integrations/crm/:provider/status-mapping

Which of the tenant's own status words means which of our states (doc 31 §9.3). Returns the provider's vocabulary (options), the mapping already stored (mapping) and the states a token may be mapped onto (states), for appointments and for quotes.

Nothing is ever guessed: an unmapped word stays unknown, because mapping the wrong word onto cancelled empties a calendar and reports nothing. There is deliberately no "suggested" value.

The screen renders even when the CRM cannot be reached — error carries the reason and the stored mapping still comes back. Requires integrations.manage and the integration_crm feature.
