Replace a server key (admin)

/api/integrations/website/sites/:site/server-keys/:serverKey/rotate

Revokes the key and creates its replacement (same name) in one step; the new token is in this response only. 409 key_revoked for a key already revoked. Audit row website.server_key_rotated.
