Map ConnectWiz events to conversion actions (admin)

/api/integrations/google-ads/mapping

Replaces the mapping. Every value is a conversion action resource name (customers/{id}/conversionActions/{id}) of the selected account (or its manager, for cross-account tracking) or null; every stage key must be one of the workspace's deal stages. Writes the audit row google_ads.mapping_updated with the before and after.
