What the cookie banner draws, in the visitor's language (widget banner chunk)
GET/api/public/consent/banner
Doc 106 §4.3, CMP-2 — the lazy banner chunk's one read, made only when
the banner must show (no valid choice, an older banner version, or the
visitor reopened it). Same keys, domain check, CORS and rate limit as
getWebsiteTouchConfig. Every string for the language (the workspace's
own wording on top of the defaults; an unknown language falls back to
English), the text direction, the shared button style, positions, the
categories asked for, the cookie policy link, the vendor catalogue with
used and the country each vendor's data goes to, and the cookie
table (ConnectWiz's own storage plus the workspace's entries). Nothing
in it is about the visitor. data: null when ConnectWiz consent is off
on the site. Cache-Control: private, max-age=300.
