Connect iyzico or PayTR with the merchant's own keys (admin)

BYOK (doc 85 K1): money goes straight to the merchant. iyzico takes api_key, secret_key and mode (sandbox keys start sandbox-; a mismatch is refused); PayTR takes merchant_id, merchant_key, merchant_salt. The keys are proven against the service before anything is stored and are never returned. 422 while PayTR is "coming soon" on this platform. The first one connected becomes the one new links use.
