Signing in to the admin panel
The admin panel is where administrators and agents manage their workspace. It runs in your web browser and connects securely to your account.
Open the panel
Open the admin panel in your browser. You will see the sign-in screen.
Choose your language
You can switch the interface language at any time using the language switcher in the top-right corner. English and Turkish are available, and your choice is remembered on this device. The interface adapts its text direction automatically, so it is ready for right-to-left languages as they are added.
Sign in
- Enter your email and password.
- Optionally tick Remember me to stay signed in on this device.
- Select Sign in.
Once signed in, you land on the dashboard. The top bar shows your email, the language switcher, and a Sign out button.
Workspace (development only). When the panel is opened without a workspace address (for example on a local development machine), the sign-in screen also asks for your workspace name so it can find your account. On the live service this is detected automatically from your workspace web address, so the field does not appear.
If sign-in fails
- Wrong email or password — re-check both and try again.
- Too many attempts — sign-in is briefly locked for your safety. Wait a moment, then try again.
Realtime status
The dashboard shows a realtime connection indicator. When it is green, the panel is connected to the live updates service and shows how many agents are currently online in your workspace. A yellow indicator means it is still connecting; red means the connection could not be established.
Sign out
Select Sign out in the top bar. Your session ends immediately and you are returned to the sign-in screen.
