PttAVM
Connect your PttAVM store and its order side arrives in ConnectWiz:
- Orders and their status. A customer's PttAVM orders appear on their contact card — every product line with its own status, because one PttAVM order can hold a shipped product and a returned one.
- PTT Kargo, in words. For a shipped order, ConnectWiz asks PTT Kargo where the parcel is — for example Out for delivery or Waiting at a PTT branch — and Wiz uses it to answer "where is my order?".
- Returns and cancellations on the contact card.
PttAVM's API has no customer questions, no product reviews, no messages and no notifications. No integration can read or answer them, ours included — which is why PttAVM is an integration, not a channel, and nothing from PttAVM arrives in the Inbox. Your PttAVM customers reach you on every other channel you use, and their orders are there when they do.
Before you start
A PttAVM seller can only issue a token for an integrator that PttAVM's own staff have added to the seller panel, and ConnectWiz has to be added first. Until then PttAVM is listed under Settings → Integrations with a Coming soon badge and cannot be opened. The row is not broken: it is waiting on PttAVM's side, and it opens by itself as soon as ConnectWiz is listed.
Connect
- Go to Settings → Integrations → PttAVM.
- Fill in Seller ID, API Key and the Integrator token — or the API Secret, or both (see below for where they are).
- Choose the Order history to import: None, Last 7 days or Last 30 days.
- If you want the catalogue import to read your PttAVM products, switch on Use the product catalogue. It is off by default and only ever reads — nothing is changed on PttAVM.
- Press Connect.
ConnectWiz checks the details with PttAVM before saving. Details PttAVM does not accept are refused on the spot, and a store that is already connected to another ConnectWiz workspace cannot be connected a second time. Everything you paste is stored encrypted and never shown again.
Where to find these details
- Sign in to your PttAVM seller panel.
- Open Hesap Yönetimi → Entegrasyon Bilgileri (Account Management → Integration Information).
- Copy the Satıcı ID (Seller ID), the API Key and the API Secret from the Mağaza Entegrasyon Bilgileri (Store Integration Information) box.
- Under Self Entegratör (Self Integrator), create a token and copy it.
PttAVM does not say which of the token and the API Secret its interface expects, so ConnectWiz accepts either and keeps the one PttAVM accepts. If your panel shows no token, try the API Secret alone.
How orders stay up to date
PttAVM does not tell anyone when an order changes, and it can only be asked for "orders between two dates", at most 40 days at a time. So ConnectWiz checks the last 40 days every 15 minutes: new orders appear, and an order that turns into a return or a cancellation is noticed at the next check. An order older than 40 days keeps the last status ConnectWiz saw.
The PttAVM page shows:
- Orders in ConnectWiz — how many orders are held.
- Last sync — when the last check finished.
- History import — the history you chose on connecting.
- Sync now — checks the last 40 days immediately.
When a check fails, the page says why — for example that PttAVM no longer accepts the stored details, which means a new token is needed.
The customer on every channel
PttAVM hides the buyer's phone number from integrations (it is masked), so ConnectWiz cannot match a WhatsApp or phone contact to a PttAVM buyer by number. A PttAVM order reaches a contact's card in two ways:
- Email. When a contact's email address is the one on the PttAVM order, they are matched.
- Order number. On the contact card's Orders tab, use Link a PttAVM
order and type the number the customer gave you (it starts with
PTT-). Wiz can do the same in a conversation, but only after the customer proves it is their order with the full name on the order — the phone's last four digits cannot be checked, because PttAVM hides them.
When the name on an order fits a contact but nothing proves it, ConnectWiz suggests the match on the contact card and you decide.
A PttAVM order never creates a contact on its own: only people who talk to you become contacts. A contact who orders becomes a customer.
Orders and returns on the contact card
The Orders tab lists the customer's PttAVM orders, each marked with the PttAVM sign, with the status in your language — for example Being prepared, Shipped, Waiting at a PTT branch, Completed — and the PTT Kargo barcode as the tracking number. PttAVM publishes no tracking link, so none is shown.
PttAVM returns and cancellations lists the orders with a returned or cancelled product. PttAVM records these only as a status: there is no reason, no customer explanation and no approve or reject step to show.
Privacy
ConnectWiz copies only what conversations need: order number, statuses, amounts, products, city and district, and the PTT Kargo barcode. It never stores the national ID number (TCKN), the tax number, the tax office, the company title or the street address. Wiz never sees a full address. ConnectWiz does not use PttAVM order details to contact anyone for marketing.
Disconnecting
Disconnect on the PttAVM page removes the store: its orders are deleted from ConnectWiz. Links between contacts and their PttAVM accounts stay. To revoke ConnectWiz's access on PttAVM's side as well, delete the token in your seller panel.
