Your own PBX (Netsantral, Bulutsantralim)

If your business already answers its phones on a cloud PBX — Netgsm Netsantral or Verimor Bulutsantralim — you can connect it to ConnectWiz and keep using it exactly as before. Three things arrive in ConnectWiz:

  • The PBX's calls on the contact card. Every incoming and outgoing call with one of your contacts appears under PBX calls, with a PBX badge: which way it went, whether it was answered, missed or busy, how long you talked and on which extension.
  • Call from the PBX. On a contact's Channels tab, Call from the PBX (ext. 101) rings your own desk phone first; when you pick it up, the PBX dials the contact.
  • A flow when a known customer's call is missed — for example a WhatsApp template two minutes later: "We missed your call, how can we help?"
Your PBX keeps carrying the calls

This is not a ConnectWiz phone line. The call stays in your PBX: ConnectWiz observes it and can ask the PBX to start one, but it does not hold, transfer or record it, and these calls have no call screen in ConnectWiz. For phone lines ConnectWiz carries itself, see Calls.

The PBX connection is available on paid plans.

Connect Netsantral

You need three things from Netgsm: your PBX number, an API user and its password.

Where to find these

  1. In the Netgsm portal, create an API sub-user with Netsantral permission. Netgsm customer support approves it.
  2. Your PBX number is the subscriber number shown in Netsantral (850…, 312…). The API user name is usually the same number.
  3. Enter them in ConnectWiz (below). After connecting, paste the event address ConnectWiz shows into Netsantral.

Steps

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Netgsm Netsantral.
  2. Fill in PBX number and API user password. Fill in API user name (optional) only when it is not your PBX number.
  3. Press Connect. ConnectWiz checks the details with your PBX before saving; a wrong password is refused on the spot. The password is stored encrypted and never shown again.
  4. Copy the Call event address and paste it in Netsantral under Ayarlar → Genel Ayarlar → API Talep Ayarları (“URL'e yönlendirme”), then switch it on. Use URL forwarding, not the socket option — Netsantral sends events to one or the other.

Until the first event arrives, the screen says so, and ConnectWiz reads your PBX's call records every fifteen minutes instead. Netsantral allows two such reads a minute; ConnectWiz uses one every quarter of an hour.

The event address is a secret

It is the only proof that an event comes from your PBX — Netsantral signs nothing. Do not share it. If you think it leaked, disconnect and connect again: the address changes.

If Netsantral already reports to another CRM

Netsantral sends its events to a single address. Pasting ConnectWiz's address replaces the previous one; the other system then stops receiving events.

Connect Bulutsantralim

You need one thing from Verimor: your API key.

Where to find it

  1. Sign in to Verimor's Online İşlem Merkezi (OİM).
  2. Open Bulut Santralim → Santral Ayarlarım and copy your API key.
  3. Paste the key in ConnectWiz. ConnectWiz sets the call event address in your PBX itself.

Steps

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Verimor Bulutsantralim.
  2. Paste the API key and press Connect.

ConnectWiz checks the key, reads your PBX's outside numbers and writes its own event address into your PBX's CRM integration settings — only the "hung up" notification, which is also the call record.

If your PBX already sends its events to another address (another CRM), ConnectWiz does not overwrite it silently: it names that system and asks you to tick Send this PBX's call events to ConnectWiz instead. Doing so stops the other system from receiving them.

Assign extensions

Call from the PBX rings a member's own extension, so ConnectWiz needs to know which member answers on which extension. Under Members' extensions, enter each member's extension (1 to 6 digits) and press Save extensions. Members without an extension do not see the option.

Calling from the PBX also needs the Call from the PBX and listen to PBX recordings permission, which agents have by default (Settings → Team).

A number cannot be in both places

A Netgsm number connected to ConnectWiz as a phone line (SIP trunk) sends every call on it to ConnectWiz, and Netsantral stops seeing those calls. If one of your PBX's numbers is also a ConnectWiz phone line, the PBX screen warns you, number by number: that number's calls appear in ConnectWiz's call centre, not under PBX calls.

On the contact card

PBX calls lists the calls your PBX reported for this contact, newest first. On the phone app they appear in the same Calls list as ConnectWiz's own calls, with a PBX badge.

  • Calls are matched to a contact by phone number, in any spelling (05…, 90…, +90…). A PBX call never creates a contact: a caller who is not one of your contacts is recorded, but appears nowhere until you add them.
  • Listen to the recording appears when the PBX recorded the call. The recording is fetched from your PBX at the moment you press it and is never copied to ConnectWiz. Verimor's links last an hour and allow five plays a minute; when you hit the limit, wait a minute.

Calling from the PBX

On the contact's Channels tab, press Call from the PBX (ext. 101). Your desk phone rings; pick it up and the PBX dials the contact. There is nothing to end or transfer in ConnectWiz — use your phone as usual. The call appears under PBX calls when it ends.

A member pressing the button for one person is a service call, the same as calling from a ConnectWiz line, so İYS consent is not asked. Commercial calls started through the API ask the İYS rules first.

A flow when a call is missed

In a flow, choose A call is missed as a trigger. It starts when a known customer — someone already in your contacts — calls your PBX and nobody answers, once per call. The call's details travel with it as {{ vars.call.number }}, {{ vars.call.line }}, {{ vars.call.extension }} and {{ vars.call.started_at }}. See Flows.

Wiz

Wiz knows one thing about PBX calls: the last call with the customer, its day and whether it was answered — so "you called me yesterday" gets a true answer. It never hears recordings, and it cannot call from the PBX.

Disconnect

Disconnect removes the connection and deletes the PBX's call records from ConnectWiz. On Bulutsantralim, ConnectWiz also switches off the event notifications it set, if they still point at ConnectWiz.
