My business & setup

My business & setup is one page for everything the setup tour asks about. You can see how far your workspace is set up, change any of it, and run the tour again whenever you like.

  • Web panel: Settings → Workspace → My business & setup (the first tab of the Workspace group).
  • Mobile app: Menü → Workspace → My business & setup.

Only administrators see the page (people who may change the AI settings, the same people who may run the tour).

What is on the page

The page is grouped like the tour. Nothing here is stored separately: each section saves to the same settings as its own settings screen, so a change made here shows everywhere, and the other way round.

SectionWhat you can doSame as
Business profileBusiness name, what you do, website, phone, email, address, time zone, country. Wiz reads these before every answer.Settings → Company
ChannelsSee every connected channel and whether it needs attention; open a channel to reconnect or manage it; connect a new one.Settings → Channels
WizSwitch Wiz on or off, edit its personality and instructions, choose the reply language (or the customer's language).Settings → AI assistant (on the phone: AI training → Prompt and rules)
Website chatCopy the code that puts the chat on your website, see whether it has been seen on a website yet, open the widget settings.Settings → Widget

If you can open the page but not change one of the areas (for example you may not change the company settings), that section is shown read-only.

On the website the business profile keeps the per-language website addresses you set under Settings → Company; changing the website here changes the default one only.

Setup progress

At the top of the page — and on the panel's Dashboard and in the phone's Menü — you see Your setup is X% complete — next: …. Tap or click it to go straight to the part that is next.

The percentage is worked out from what is really set up, not from which tour steps you clicked through, so it is the same whether you used the tour or the settings screens:

Counts as done when
Describe your businessThe business name and description are filled in.
Connect a channelAt least one channel other than the website chat is connected and active.
Connect InstagramOnly for a tour that includes it (an event promotion): the Instagram account is connected.
Set up WizWiz can answer — it is on and has a working AI model — or you finished the setup tour and chose to keep it off.
Add the chat to your websiteSomeone has visited a page with your chat on it, or written to you through it.

Anything your plan does not include is left out of the count. Disconnecting your only channel takes the percentage back down.

Connecting a channel (and the tour's Instagram step) is optional: Wiz and the website chat work without one. It still counts in the percentage, but when it is the next step the card says Next (optional, whenever you like): …, and the Channels section is marked Optional instead of To do.

The card on the dashboard and in the Menü disappears at 100%. You can also hide it with its close button; that hides it for you only, other administrators still see it. The progress at the top of My business & setup is always shown.

Running the setup again

Click Run setup again (on the phone: Run setup again at the top of the screen). You choose where the tour opens:

  • Continue where I left off opens the first step that is not done yet.
  • Start from the beginning goes through every step again, in order.

Your settings stay as they are: running the tour again does not switch anything off or clear anything. Every step opens filled in from your current settings. A step you save again does replace what that step set before — in particular, saving your business answers rewrites Wiz's instructions from them, so edit the instructions afterwards if you had changed them by hand.

While the tour is open again, the Continue setup button is back in the panel's top bar and on the phone; it goes away when you finish the tour (switch Wiz on, or finish without it). You can also leave the tour half way; nothing is lost.

Run setup again is also offered on the tour's own page when the tour has already been finished.
