Paraşüt

Connect your Paraşüt accounting and your customers' ledger comes next to the conversation:

  • Open invoices on the contact card, one row per invoice and currency — never added up into one number, because a total across currencies is wrong.
  • Recent invoices and their PDFs: download one, or press Send to chat and ConnectWiz delivers the e-Arşiv / e-Fatura PDF into the conversation as a file.
  • Wiz can answer "how much do I owe?" and "can you send me my invoice?" — but only to a customer whose channel proves who they are (see below).

Paraşüt is connected as a CRM, not as a channel: Paraşüt has no messages, so nothing from Paraşüt arrives in the Inbox. If you also use another CRM (for example a clinic system), the contact card shows a separate Paraşüt section next to it.

ConnectWiz only reads from Paraşüt. It never creates invoices, never formalises e-documents and never records payments.

Before you start

Available once ConnectWiz's Paraşüt application is approved

Paraşüt registers every connecting application by hand. Until ConnectWiz's application is approved, Paraşüt is listed under Settings → Integrations with a Coming soon badge and cannot be connected. It opens by itself as soon as the approval arrives.

Where the details come from — use a separate, view-only user

You sign in on Paraşüt's own page; your password never reaches ConnectWiz. We recommend connecting with a separate Paraşüt user that can only look:

  1. In Paraşüt, open Ayarlar → Kullanıcılar (Settings → Users) and invite a new user for ConnectWiz.
  2. Give that user the roles Satışlar: Sadece Görebilir (Sales: view only) and Kasa/Banka: Yok (Cash/Bank: none).
  3. Accept the invitation, press Connect with Paraşüt in ConnectWiz and sign in as that user.
  4. If the user can open several companies, pick the one to connect.

A view-only user keeps ConnectWiz read-only even if something goes wrong.

Connect

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Paraşüt.
  2. Press Connect with Paraşüt and sign in on Paraşüt's page.
  3. If your Paraşüt user runs several companies, Choose a company and press Connect this company. One ConnectWiz workspace connects one company, and a company already connected to another workspace cannot be connected again.

ConnectWiz then reads your customer list (never suppliers) to match Paraşüt accounts with your contacts. The settings page shows how many Customer accounts were read and the Last full read.

  • New accounts appear within 15 minutes.
  • A changed phone number is seen the next night.
  • Read again re-reads the list now.

Matching customers

Paraşüt cannot be searched by phone, so ConnectWiz keeps a small local index of each account's name, phone numbers and e-mail addresses — including the company's contact people. Nothing else is stored: no tax number or national ID, no address, no IBAN, no balance.

  • Confirm matches lists accounts whose phone or e-mail belongs to exactly one of your contacts. Press Review, tick the right pairs and press Link selected. Nothing is linked until you confirm.
  • On a contact card you can also link an account by hand, the same way as any CRM. A tax number is never used to match, even if a customer types it in the chat.

Switch on Link matches automatically and ConnectWiz links an account to a contact without asking — but only when all of these hold:

  • exactly one of your contacts carries the account's phone or e-mail,
  • no other account carries that same identifier (a shared switchboard number is never linked automatically),
  • the identifier was proven by a channel — the WhatsApp number the customer writes from, the number an SMS or call comes from, the address an e-mail comes from, or a verified web chat member.

An automatic link shows Linked automatically on the contact card, so you can check it and unlink it.

On the contact card

Open a linked contact. In the Paraşüt section:

  • Balance — the open invoices, each with its number, due date and the amount still open, per currency.
  • Sales — the recent invoices.
  • Files — the invoices; the ones with an e-Arşiv or e-Fatura can be downloaded or sent.

Send to chat (in a conversation) downloads the PDF on our server and sends it as a file. The short-lived link Paraşüt gives us is never shared — Paraşüt asks that it is not. If the PDF is still being prepared on Paraşüt's side, you are told to try again shortly. Channels that cannot carry files (for example SMS) say so.

About the account balance

Paraşüt also publishes a balance per account. Its sign (is a customer's debt shown as plus or minus?) has not yet been verified on a real company, so for now the card shows the open invoices only. The account balance will appear, labelled "per Paraşüt", once it is verified.

Your products in the catalogue

On Products & services, Import from Paraşüt brings your Paraşüt products in with their code, list price, currency and VAT rate. Import again whenever you like: a price you set in ConnectWiz is never overwritten. A product archived in Paraşüt comes in inactive and comes back on when you unarchive it; a product you switched off in ConnectWiz stays off. Nothing is written back to Paraşüt.

What Wiz may say — and to whom

An invoice carries the buyer's tax number and address, so Wiz is stricter here than with orders. Wiz reads a customer's invoices only when the conversation's channel proves the phone or e-mail the Paraşüt account carries:

ChannelOpens the ledger?
WhatsApp, SMS, phone callsYes — the phone number is proven
E-mailYes — the sender address is proven
Web chatOnly for a member with a verified phone or e-mail
Instagram, Messenger, Telegram and other social channelsNo

On a channel that does not open it, Wiz does not confirm or deny anything; it offers the in-chat identity code (sent to the phone or e-mail already on file) or a hand-over to the team. Wiz never adds up balances, and it sends at most five documents an hour in one conversation.

Agents are people and decide for themselves: the agent's Send to chat works on every channel that carries files.

Tag customers with overdue invoices (off by default)

Switch on Tag customers with overdue invoices and every day at 07:00 (Turkey time) ConnectWiz tags linked contacts that have an overdue invoice with Paraşüt · overdue and removes the tag once nothing is overdue. Use the tag as the audience of a scheduled flow to send a reminder — consent and frequency steps still apply.

Avoid two reminders

Paraşüt can send its own payment reminder e-mail on the due date. If you use that, decide which of the two reminders your customers should get.

Disconnect

Disconnect removes the connection and the local customer index. Links between contacts and Paraşüt accounts are kept, so reconnecting the same company shows the same people again. If Paraşüt stops accepting the connection (for example the Paraşüt user was removed), the page asks you to connect again.
