Promo codes

A promo code — usually printed on a card with a QR code at an event — adds a package of benefits to your workspace for a limited time. What a code gives depends on the campaign it belongs to. A typical event card gives:

  • A premium channel for a period, for example Instagram (Instagram Login) for 30 days, even on the Free plan.
  • Promotional AI credit, for example $100, usable for the period and only with the AI model the campaign names.
  • A quickstart tour that connects that channel and switches the AI on. See Quickstart.

Using a code​

  • When you sign up: scan the QR code on the card. It opens the sign-up page with the code already filled in. You can also type it in the Promo code field — capitals and dashes do not matter.
  • After you signed up: an administrator enters it under Billing → Promotions → Redeem promo code, or in the mobile app under Settings → Promo code.

A card works once. A wrong, used or expired code stops the sign-up with the reason, so you never end up with an account that is missing what the card promised. After several wrong attempts you have to wait an hour.

Promotional credit is not your balance​

Promotional credit is kept apart from the credit you buy:

  • It is spent first, before your own balance.
  • It pays only for AI replies made with the model the campaign names. If you switch the assistant to another model, that model is paid from your own balance.
  • It never pays a subscription invoice.
  • It expires at the end of the period; what is left is not carried over.

When the promotion ends​

Nothing is deleted. On the last day:

  • If your plan includes the channel — for example you moved to a paid plan during the promotion — it keeps working as a normal channel.
  • If it does not, the channel is paused: messages are no longer received or sent through it, and its settings are kept. Administrators get a notification that names the paused channels. Choose a plan in the web panel and switch the channel back on — no reconnect needed.

Paid plans can be chosen in the web panel. The mobile app does not sell plans.
