Ticimax
Connect your Ticimax store and three things arrive in ConnectWiz:
- The customer, on every channel. Someone who bought in your Ticimax store is matched to the same person when they write to you on WhatsApp, Instagram, email or the website chat — by email address and by phone number.
- Orders, shipments and returns. They appear on the customer's contact card, with the carrier, the tracking number and a tracking link, and Wiz uses them to answer "where is my order?". Return requests show with the store's decision.
- Support tickets in the Inbox (optional). Each support ticket a customer opens in your Ticimax store becomes a conversation in ConnectWiz.
Ticimax's answer call takes a customer id, not a store user. Until we have verified on a test store that an answer sent from ConnectWiz appears under your store's name, ConnectWiz does not send answers: the composer on a Ticimax ticket is locked with the reason, and Wiz drafts nothing. Answer tickets in your Ticimax panel — your answer then shows up in the ConnectWiz conversation too.
Connect
You need two things: your store domain and your store's web service code (Ticimax calls it the "WS yetki kodu"). No partner registration is needed — the code is yours to hand over, like an API key.
Where to find the web service code
- Sign in to your Ticimax admin panel.
- Open the web service settings and create a web service (WS) authorisation code — or ask Ticimax support for your store's code.
- Paste the code into ConnectWiz together with the domain your store opens on.
The exact place of the web service settings depends on your Ticimax package and panel version; if you cannot find it, Ticimax support issues the code.
Steps
- Go to Settings → Integrations → Ticimax.
- Fill in Store domain (for example
www.yourstore.com—https://and paths are ignored) and Web service code. - Choose the Order history to import: None, Last 30 days or Last 90 days. Orders changed in that period are copied now.
- Press Connect.
ConnectWiz checks the domain and the code with your store before saving. A wrong code, an address that is not a Ticimax store, or a store already connected to another ConnectWiz workspace is refused on the spot. The code is stored encrypted and never shown again.
What you see after connecting
- Orders in ConnectWiz — how many orders are held.
- Last sync — orders changed since the last check are read every 15 minutes, so an update Ticimax did not deliver is caught up automatically.
- Webhooks — Registered when Ticimax tells ConnectWiz about new and changed orders and tickets the moment they happen. ConnectWiz registers them for you on connect.
- Last webhook — when Ticimax last notified ConnectWiz.
- Sync now — reads changed orders immediately and registers the webhooks again if they were not all in place.
Your products in the catalogue
On Products & services, Import from Ticimax brings your store's product cards in: name, description, main category, brand, pictures, the store page, stock and price. A card with several variations comes in as one product priced at its cheapest active variation. Import again whenever you like — a price you set in ConnectWiz is never overwritten. A card you made passive in Ticimax comes in inactive and comes back on when you reactivate it there; a product you switched off in ConnectWiz stays off. Nothing is ever written back to Ticimax: stock, prices and cards stay with your Ticimax panel.
Support tickets in the Inbox
Turn on Bring support tickets into the Inbox on the Ticimax page. Before you switch it on, choose the Earlier tickets to import: None, Last 7 days or Last 30 days — those come in quietly, as history.
- Each ticket is one conversation, titled with the ticket's topic and number. A strip above the thread shows the ticket number, its topic, Ticimax's status and when it was opened.
- The customer's messages arrive as messages from the contact. Answers written in your Ticimax panel appear as agent messages.
- When Ticimax marks the ticket solved, the conversation is archived. If the customer writes again, it reopens like any conversation.
- The ticket inbox adds a channel to your plan, like connecting any other channel. Its department, access and other settings are under Settings → Channels.
The person who opened the ticket is a member of your store: ConnectWiz links the conversation to the contact with the same Ticimax account or email address, or creates a new contact with their name and email.
The customer on every channel
ConnectWiz matches a person to a Ticimax customer in this order:
- Email. Ticimax orders carry the buyer's real email address, so a contact with the same email is matched. When no order is held yet, ConnectWiz asks your store which member has that address.
- Phone. A contact is matched when exactly one Ticimax customer ordered with that number; when the number fits more than one person, ConnectWiz suggests the match on the contact card and you decide.
- Order number. On the contact card's Orders tab, use Link a Ticimax order and type the number the customer gave you. Wiz can do the same in a conversation, but only after the customer proves it is their order (the last four digits of the phone number, or the full name on the order).
A Ticimax order never creates a contact on its own. A support ticket does — someone who writes to you is a person you talk to.
Orders and returns on the contact card
The Orders tab lists the customer's Ticimax orders, each marked with the Ticimax sign, with its status in your language (for example Being packed, Shipped, Delivered), the carrier, the tracking number and a Track parcel link.
Ticimax returns lists the customer's return requests with the store's decision — Awaiting decision, Return approved, Return rejected or Partly approved — and the store's answer text.
Flows
The An order changes trigger includes Ticimax: a flow can start when a Ticimax order is placed, paid, shipped, delivered, cancelled or returned, or when a return request is opened or resolved. Ticimax is your own store, so such a flow may also message the customer, through the same consent and messaging-window rules as every other flow.
Chat on your storefront
Ticimax offers no API for placing a script on your storefront, so the chat is
added by hand: copy the widget code from Settings → Widget and paste it
into your Ticimax theme, before the closing </body> tag. Messages then arrive
in the Inbox like any website chat.
Privacy
ConnectWiz copies only what conversations need: order number, statuses, amount, items, city and district, carrier and tracking, and the store's answer to a return request. It never stores the buyer's IP address, the tax number or tax office, the street address, payment details, a member's password or last login IP, credit or balance, or the IBAN on a return request. Wiz never sees a full address.
Disconnecting
Disconnect on the Ticimax page removes ConnectWiz's webhooks from your store, closes the ticket inbox and deletes the store's orders from ConnectWiz. Links between contacts and their Ticimax accounts, and past conversations, stay. To stop access completely, also revoke the web service code in your Ticimax panel.
