Connect a manual channel

Connect + persist a MANUAL (non-OAuth) channel — currently Telegram only. Admin only. Validates the bot token (getMe) BEFORE persisting (an invalid token → 422, no row is created), captures the bot @username, then best-effort registers the inbound webhook. The Meta products are NOT connectable here — use POST /api/channels/meta/connect.

Not authenticated. code: account_disabled means the member's seat was deactivated in this workspace: the session is over even though the token was not revoked (clients sign out and clean up).
