List channels
GET/api/channels
A page of the tenant's configured messaging channels. Admin only. The
provider token + webhook secret are never returned — has_token +
token_preview reveal only existence and the last 4 characters.

Not authenticated. code: account_disabled means the member's seat was deactivated in this workspace: the session is over even though the token was not revoked (clients sign out and clean up).
Authenticated but not allowed.
