Sync a Mirakl channel now
POST/api/channels/:channel/mirakl/sync
Queues the thread poll, the order and return mirror and the shop refresh
for this channel at once (Mirakl pushes nothing to sellers, doc 84 §6.5).
Progress and failures are reported on the channel (mirakl.sync). A
channel that is not a Mirakl channel is 404. Requires permission to
update the channel.
