Edit a signup link, or turn it off

Only the fields present in the body change. There is deliberately NO delete: a printed poster points at the id forever, so Meta offers only status: DISABLED and so do we.

The phone number and display name never reach Meta — changing only those makes no Graph call. Admin-gated (Channel update).
