Lift a pacing pause on a WhatsApp template
POST/api/channels/:channel/whatsapp/templates/:name/:language/unpause
Two pauses look identical in the panel and behave nothing alike. A
QUALITY pause lifts by itself when its timer runs out (3 hours, then 6,
then permanent disabling). A PACING pause — Meta throttling a new or
recently-unpaused template while it watches the first responses — never
lifts on its own, and this call is the only way to clear it. The
template's status is re-read from Meta afterwards rather than assumed.

Not authenticated. code: account_disabled means the member's seat was deactivated in this workspace: the session is over even though the token was not revoked (clients sign out and clean up).
