Hepsiburada order / claim webhook (public, POST paths)
POST/api/hooks/hb/:token/:path
Where Hepsiburada posts order and claim events (doc 71 §5.2). Public,
server-to-server, opened by ticket at the integrator level: one base
url for every seller. Trust is the platform token in the path (unknown
→ 404) plus HTTP Basic credentials given to Hepsiburada (wrong or
missing → 401), both compared in constant time. The seller is
resolved from the body's merchantId. Answered at once — 201 here,
also for a seller no longer connected — and applied on the queue,
idempotently; national id, tax and card-holder fields are dropped
before queuing.
