Change an Amazon channel's mailbox and automatic review request

mailbox_channel_id: the e-mail channel Amazon's buyer mail arrives on (null: none chosen — with a single Amazon channel every mailbox's Amazon mail is tied to it). solicit_auto: send Amazon's review request automatically for EVERY eligible delivered order (never a chosen few; doc 72 §4.3). Off by default. The assistant's send/draft mode is the channel's ordinary ai_enabled. 404 on any other source.
