The FROM_EBAY conversations — account notices, case updates, policy mail — kept OUT of the customer inbox (owner decision §9-E) and listed here, newest first, at most 50. Read only: eBay's system messages cannot be answered. A channel that is not an eBay channel is 404.

Not authenticated. code: account_disabled means the member's seat was deactivated in this workspace: the session is over even though the token was not revoked (clients sign out and clean up).
