What the Hepsiburada connect form needs before a channel exists

Our developer user name at Hepsiburada — what the seller types into the Seller Panel's "Add integrator" box before copying the service key — and whether the SIT test system may be chosen (services.hepsiburada.allow_sit). Platform values, the same for every tenant, not secrets. Gated like creating a channel. developer_user is null when the platform has not configured it, in which case connecting is refused (channels.hepsiburada.not_configured).

Not authenticated. code: account_disabled means the member's seat was deactivated in this workspace: the session is over even though the token was not revoked (clients sign out and clean up).
