POST/api/hooks/ebay/notify
The ONE application-level endpoint every connected seller's
subscriptions deliver to — NEW_MESSAGE, BUYER_QUESTION,
FEEDBACK_RECEIVED, ORDER_CONFIRMATION, ITEM_MARKED_SHIPPED, the
Post-Order activity topics and AUTHORIZATION_REVOCATION. Trust is the
X-EBAY-SIGNATURE header (ECDSA over the raw body, verified with eBay's
public key, cached one hour); a missing or failed signature is 412. The
seller is resolved through the RLS-free ebay_accounts directory. Answers
204 at once; the work is queued and idempotent.
